Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within two business days. During December this can extend to three.

Delivery

We ship across the United States with tracked services. Standard delivery is typically three to six business days after dispatch. Expedited options are shown at checkout where available.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Addresses

We can only change an address before dispatch. If you spot a mistake, email us quickly and we will do what we can.

Damage in transit

Glass and ceramics are packed carefully, but if something arrives broken send us a photo and we will replace it.
