Returns and refunds

Thirty days

If something is not right, return it within thirty days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund.

Email us with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send return instructions the same or next business day.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives, usually within three to five business days of us receiving it.

Send a photo and we will replace or refund it, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to pay return postage on a faulty item.

If you received it as a gift, we can refund to a store credit so the sender is not notified.
